At Dawsons Law we are able to provide you with one off advice for a fixed fee basis, or if after meeting with us we believe you have sufficient grounds for a claim under the Employment Tribunal, we may be able to represent you under a “no win no fee” agreement. Which means that we would only charge you for the expenses which we have occurred, such as travel expenses, or costs of an expert (if necessary). You will not be charged for our time, and if you are successful with your claim our fees would be paid from your compensation.
Settlement Agreements
You may have been asked by your employer to end your employment by way of Settlement Agreement, being a mutual agreement between you and your employer.
We can advise you of the terms and effect of a Settlement Agreement, but depending on the circumstances this may be at no cost to you.
