Dawsons Law wishes to reassure our clients and community that we have reviewed and have implemented Government Guidelines to enable us as a Firm, so far as possible, to reduce the spread of the virus whilst continuing to provide a full service to our clients.
Our office is running as usual except that in order to protect our staff we are operating a locked door policy, and are arranging telephone appointments, receiving instructions by email and video link through Zoom, instead of face to face meetings. We are still fully available to you by telephone, post and email.
For Will clients we are able to assist you in the signatory process of your Will or Deeds and will talk you through our policy on this upon receiving instructions to prepare Wills.
We are also implementing the following precautions:
•Staff have been advised of the need to follow the current Government handwashing guidelines
• Social distancing – staff have been advised to keep physical contact with clients and colleagues to a minimum.
• On ALL signings of documents Clients must bring their own pens.
• Surfaces will be cleaned regularly, and staff are encouraged not to use their colleague’s equipment within the office.
• We will keep these policies under review and implement any new Government Guidelines as and when appropriate.
If the Government Guidelines restricts staff from attending the office we at Dawsons Law have a continuity plan to ensure fully working offices from home.
We look forward to the day we can relax these Guidelines but until then it is integral you stay safe and we stay safe.
